Walter has been Pianist at Riverside Christian Church since 2009 (worship service music, hymn
accompaniment, choir accompaniment, and special music accompaniment).
He previously served at :
- Red Rock Christian Church, Boise, ID – worship service pianist and organist 2000 - 2008.
- First Christian Church, Orange, CA – special music, substitute organist 1978 -1999.
- Central Christian Church, Van Nuys, CA – worship service organist from 1976 - 1978.
Walter started playing the piano at age 4, took lessons for 6 months at age 5 and started 10 years of classical lessons beginning at age 8. He has performed piano entertainment at pizza parlors, a private magic club in Hollywood, and a private club in Wichita. He enjoyes playing the piano at retirement and assisted living facilities. He also accompanies choirs and musicals in the area for middle and high schools..
